The clocks go back one hour at 1:00am Sunday 26th October 2008 but already the days are getting shorter and many of you will soon be coming home from work in the dark. Whilst we don’t want to increase the fear of crime unnecessarily we have to point out that this really is the time to think about the darker nights and the fact that burglaries to dwellings between about 3pm and 7pm traditionally increase at this time of year.
